The content found on ChemoExperts.org can be easily shared with patients within the EMR. Once you are finished customizing your treatment regimen education page, simply copy and paste the URL weblink within your treatment plan for easy of referencing for providers who are doing the education or paste the URL to the regimen in a message to the patient within your EMR.

Can I customize a page for a specific patient and include PHI?

No. If you save a page with this information it will replace the standard content on your Adapted Library site. This would violate HIPAA compliance.
